My Life
Things I do for fun::
Ummm..work? Nah...I like to read, but don't do enough of that. I hang around with my 7yr old, and we pretend we are the lead stars in High School Musical. I certainly don't cook for fun. Nor iron. I am a keen gardener, and an avid restaurant critic. Addicted daydreamer.
Awesome places I've visited::
I lived in the US for a long while, specifically Boston. Absolutely loved it. Visited Argentina recently, and thought it was great (and cheap!) But nothing beats a good bush break - it's my absolutely ultimate form of relaxation. I love Cape Town too, and every time I drive down to Camps Bay I convince myself I could live there permanently.
Sport and Teams I support::
I am the least active person I know, but I become the best soccer couch-coach every time a World Cup or Eurocup comes around. Summer Olympics also see me glued to the TV. Other than that, sport is not that important in my life.
Books I recommend:
I guess that depends on what you are in the mood for. For light reading I enjoy Jonathan Kellerman. Also enjoyed "The Girl with the Dragon Tattoo" recently. But mostly I end up reading non-fiction books on all sorts of topics ranging from web, to politics, to science, to "Php 5" A bit of a yawn on that last one!
Must-see TV shows I never miss::
I never channel surf, but I am addicted to some TV shows and my PVR gets a regular solid workout. House, ER, CSI, Desperate Housewives, Mentalist, Fringe, The Office, The Apprentice, Grey's Anatomy, Brothers and Sisters.
My "out-of-this-world" goal for life!:
I am working on a *killer* start up that I cannot wait to launch publicly. I have big aspirations for it, and hope it can take me all the way to the top. Hold thumbs!
